Our Condo has all of the amenities you need to get your vacation started in Paradise! Your island getaway begins immediately upon your arrival in our Unit #106 where the emphasis is on tropical-style comfort. We invite you to "get away from it all" and enjoy a great value within the ocean front condo complex at Casa de Emdeko.
Outdoors, listen and take pleasure in the Hawaiian ambiance of the trickling waterfall, dolphin fountain and several varieties of songbirds as you lounge on our ground floor lanai in the lush tropical garden at Casa de Emdeko. More spacious and ultra convenient for those that simply do not wish to deal with stairs/elevators while carrying pool/beach toys & towels or juggling a tray of food/drink items to grill and enjoy down at the Cabana ~ our unit is just steps away from both swimming pools, the Cabana and the Pacific Ocean. With its idyllic and quiet location within the complex ~ you will instantly relax and feel the peace & tranquility of our Hawaiian Hale "Home" .
Indoors, our 'Kona Casa' will envelope you in a tropical spirit. A palm tree motif represents "freedom" and framed photos and prints of island landscapes and underwater marine life abound. Sink into the plush couch with fluffy pillows in the living room for an afternoon siesta. With its tasteful, Hawaiiana décor, you will feel immediately comfortable and right at home while vacationing in our delightful island oasis. Enjoy the tropical garden and the gentle sense of Aloha as you slip into a Hawaiian state of mind.
Our unit has central air conditioning so with the flip of a switch; you can adjust the temperature to your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a complete set of dishware, glassware, cutlery, and pots & pans. The living room is tropically furnished and contains a TV/VCR/DVD player, bookcase, and a large, comfy couch/sleeper with lots of pillows and standard futon couch/sleeper. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and tropical furnishings. The bathroom has His and Her sinks, an updated shower and a deep bathtub for relaxing bubble baths. A full supply of linens including beach towels is provided.
For your convenience, we offer the use of the compact washer and dryer in our unit. And you are welcome to borrow the boogie boards, swim noodles, beach chairs & pillows, ice chest, Hawaii guidebooks, playing cards, etc. ~ all have been provided for your enjoyment. And we invite you to kick back and try your hand at playing the Ukulele!
